Individual Events: 3 athletes per school
Relay Events: 1 team per school

Timing:
FAT timing will be used. Please only submit FAT times.
Timing will be provided by Triad Timing Systems.
Awards:
Team plaques for 1st and 2nd place
Medals: Top (3) finishers in individual and relay events
Implements:
Meet officials must verify event implements.
Implement Verification: 8:30-9:00 am near Handley Bowl Team Room.
Male and female athletes both throw a 4 kg shot put and 1 kg discus.
Meet rules:
All NFHS and VHSL rules are in effect.
Participation:
Athletes may compete in a total of 5 events, with no more than 3 of the 5 being track events.
Athletes who run the 3200m run are only eligible for one other track event.

Parking:
Spectator parking areas are available on Handley Boulevard.
No bus parking in the student parking lot on Handley Boulevard.
Athlete drop-off = Jefferson Street.
Bus Parking = lower end of Handley Blvd.
T-shirts:
T-shirts, etc. will be available on site.
Concessions:
Concessions will be available.
Coaches Meeting:
Scratches only.
No additional entries will be accepted.
A field event competitor may scratch without penalty.
Miscellaneous:
Check In Running and Field Events: Participants must report to the event area by second call. Absence for the third call will result in a scratch for the event
Uniform Rule:
Meet management will follow the uniform rule as stated in the NFHS Track & Field Rule Book. It is the responsibility of the athletes and coaches to follow the uniform rule.
Jumps:
Jumps Athletes in the Long Jump and Triple Jump will get four total jumps.
There will be an open pit for 80 minutes to get in all four jumps.
Throws:
Athletes in the Shot Put and Discus will get four throws in the finals only round.
Entry Information:
All track times should be entered as FAT. If time is hand-timed ADD .24 (11.6 hand-timed = 11.84 FAT)

A certified athletic trainer or school nurse or EMT will be on site.
