36th Augusta County Track and Field Invitational

Entries: Five (5) per individual varsity event and 1 relay team entry per race. 3 JV Entries and 1 JV relay will be available.

Awards: Medals in varsity for places 1st through 6th in the individual varsity events. For the relays places 1st through 3rd. Ribbons will be available for JV places 1st, 2nd, and third.

Entry Fee:  Entry Fee is $100.00 per gender or $200.00 per school with both boys and girls teams.$20 per athlete, with 5 athletes constituting a team. *Make checks payable to Wilson Memorial High School*


Gate opens at 9:00am
Field Events begin at 10:00am
Running Events begin at 11:30am

Mail checks to: Wilson Memorial High School, 189 HoHornet Rd., Fishersville, VA 22939 or bring to meet.

Facilities: Brand New 8 lane rubber track. Rubber runways for Long Jump, Triple Jump and Pole Vault, team tents are allowed and need to be outside the competition area and around the perimeter of the track.  This facility will be the location of the Region 2B and 3C Championships.

Concessions: Concession will be operated by the Wilson Memorial Boosters Club.

Spectators: $7.00 entry fee (age 5 and under free)

Athletic Trainer: Will be available.

**NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET.

**Only Scratches.(See VHSL Guidelines for Participation Rules) Athletes are permitted unlimited field entries and 3 running events, with the exception of those running the 3200m, who are restricted to 2 running events.  Uniform and sportsmanship rules will be enforced.

A reminder that a field competitor may scratch without penalty. A running competitor may scratch from an event on the day of the meet and still be eligible to compete in other events for which he/she was registered. Violations of these rules will result in disqualification from the event and the remainder of the meet. Participants must report to the bullpen (in the middle of the field) by second call. Absence for the 3rd call will result in a scratch for that event.  Only athletes in the bullpen or warming up for an upcoming race are permitted on the infield. Spectators must remain on the outside of track once running events start.
