2025 Three Rivers Middle School Championship (Glenvar Invitational)

Location:  Glenvar High School Track (4549 Malus Dr.Salem, Va 24153)

Eligibility:  Only 6th, 7th & 8th grade students are allowed to participate.

Meet is for Three River District Middle School Teams:

(Glenvar, Covington, Carroll County, Floyd, Patrick County, Central Academy & Radford/Dalton Intermediate)

Awards:  Medals will be awarded to Top 3 finishers in each event.  Trophies will be awarded to

the Boys & Girls Champions.  Awards will be given out during the meet.

Entries must be submitted on Milestat.com by April 10th by midnight.

 

Team Entry Fee is $100

Make checks payable to Glenvar Middle School.  Checks will be collected on the day of the meet.

Concessions will be sold.  Restrooms will be available within the stadium.

Admission: Spectator admission is $5 (cash only)

Spectators:  Clear bags only

Meet Day Information

Gates will open at 8AM for athletes/teams.

Coaches Meeting: 8:30am at the timing tent.

Field Events: 9am

 **Each team will dedicate a coach to assist during the field events**

Running Events: 10am(Rolling Schedule)

4 x 800 Meter Relay

100 Meter Hurdles 30" (Girls)

110 Meter Hurdles 36" (Boys)

100 Meter Dash

1600 Meter Run

4 x 100 Meter Relay

400 Meter Dash

300 Meter Hurdles

800 Meter Run

200 Meter Dash

4 x 400 Meter Relay

Entry Limits: Each team can enter up to 6-athletes for each individual event.

Maximum of 1 relay team for each relay event per team.

All athletes must belong to their school and must be accompanied by a coach.

There will be NO finals in running events or field events.  Seeding for running events will be fastest to slowest.  High Jump will follow the 5 -alive format.  Refer to VHSL Officials Handbook for more detail.  Starting heights will be 4'0 & 4'4.All other field events will be 4 attempts and no finals.  Seeding for those events will be ranked from least to greatest.
