Arrival TimeTeams may arrive beginning at 4:00 PM. Please do not arrive earlier due to school dismissal procedures.

The meet will begin at 4:20PM with both field and running events.

Bus Parking & Drop-OffAthletes should be dropped off near the track. There is one entrance/exit to the PCMS parking lot. Buses should enter through the PCMS entrance, follow the road, and stay to the right to reach the track for drop-off.Bus parking will be located in the parking lot on the opposite end of the track from athlete drop-off.No team buses may arrive before 4:00 PM.

Admission is $6.00 per adult $4 per child (cash only). Each person entering the gate will receive a ticket that allows re-entry.

SpikesOnly 1/4-inch pyramid spikes are permitted. There will be no spike check, so coaches are asked to ensure athletes have the correct spike length.

Warm-Up AreasAthletes may warm up on the track when it is not in use. Once running events begin, warm-ups may take place on the infield.

Athletic Trainer - A Sports Nurse will be on site for emergencies only.

Team Camps -Team camps should be set up on the far side of the track, opposite the spectator area. The front straightaway will be reserved for spectators only no team camps are permitted there.SpectatorsThere are no permanent spectator seats. However, the viewing area is elevated on a hill with excellent visibility of the entire track. Spectators are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, or similar seating.

Hurdles: The girls hurdles will be at 30" (lowest height) and the boys hurdles will be two clicks up at 36" (the middle height). In the 300m Hurdles the hurdles will be at 30" (lowest height) for both boys and girls. 

Pole VaultThere will be no pole vault at this meet.

4:00 PM Facility Opens

4:10PM Coaches Meeting - stop by finish line and pick up a trash bag for team camp, ask questions if you have any

4:20 PM Field & Running Events Begin

Open Pit: 4:15 - 5:15

Triple Jump Open Pit: 5:15 - 6:00

Girls High Jump followed by Boys (5 Alive) girls bar 4'4"/boys 5' (same as state meet) 

Athletes competing in multiple field events must notify the event official
