2026 Peak Physique MS All Comers

Hosted by Central High School, Norton, VA
Coaches will be required to help run field events, hurdle/block crew, and exchange zones for relays. Work assignments will be sent out April 15th. This help is greatly appreciated and will ensure that the meet stays on schedule and runs efficiently.
When entering the meet, you must enter each individual athlete on your team in the events that they will be competing in. Your athletes will not be entered into the meet if you only add your school's name to the list.

SANCTION: This meet is sanctioned for Virginia teams. All athletes must be a current member of their high school team and must be accompanied by a coach from that team. All schools must be a member of a State Association that is a member of the NFHS or an approved association.
Entry Deadline: Tuesday, April 14th at 10:00 PM.
Entries: Unlimited entries in both running and field events

Uniforms: The NFHS uniform rule will be enforced.
o ALL TEAMS must wear their school-issued uniforms.
o Relay teams must have matching uniforms.
Entry fee: will be $75.00 per team. If you are bringing both a boys and girls team, the fee is $100.00. Four athletes are considered a team. If you have less than four it will be $15.00 per athlete.

Concession stand is located beside the home bleachers.
Restrooms are located by the main gate.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
3:45 - Track facilities open
4:15 - Coaches meeting
4:30 - Boys shot put, girls discus, girls high jump, boys long jump (pit nearest football field), and girls long jump (pit nearest track)
Followed by Girls shot put, boys discus, boys high jump
Running Events:
Athletes report to the bullpen by the 2nd call located near the start line of their event.
Running events will begin at 5:00 and will be on a rolling schedule. All times are estimated.
-Girls 100 hurdles/Boys 110 hurdles
-Girls/Boys 100m
-Girls/Boys 1600 meters
-Girls/Boys 4x100 relay
-Girls/Boys 400 meters
-Girls/Boys 300 Hurdles
-Girls/Boys 800 meters
-Girls/Boys 200 meters
-Girls/Boys 4x400 relay
