Meet Information
Online Registration Instructions
Entries: All entries will be submitted through Milestat. The deadline for entries is Sunday, March 29th at noon. Teams are limited to two relay entries per gender per race, and unlimited entries for all individual events. Athletes are limited to three running events (2400m counts as two running events) and five total events (including field events).
Spikes: In order to keep our new track in excellent condition, only 1/8-inch spikes will be allowed. Athletes who plan to use spikes should have them checked by our volunteers and be given zip ties to put on the shoes to indicated they are OK for competition.
Fee: Free
Coaches Meeting: We will hold a coaches meeting at 3:30pm at the start/finish line.
Visiting teams must assist in the running of field events.

Concessions will also be available for sale. Tickets will be available for purchase online. Link will be added soon.
Field Events: Beginning at 3:45pm. Pits open at 3:15pm
(Athletes will have three attempts - there will be no finals)
Girls long jump, followed by boys long jump, followed by girls triple jump, followed by boys triple jump) OPEN PIT, 3 ATTEMPTS.

Both throwing areas are located behind the track outside the gates.
Running Events: Beginning at 4:15pm. Rolling schedule. Will combine heats where possible.
