TIME SCHEDULE: 8:30 Open Race and course tours. This race is open to coaches, alumni, and other non-high school runners at no cost.
9:10 Coaches meeting/Packet pickup at the field house stadium.
9:30 Middle School Race-Grades 6,7 (boys & girls, 1.2 miles)
9:50 8th Grade Race (boys & girls together, 3K)
10:20 Girls Varsity Race
11:00 Boys Varsity Race
11:30 Girls JV Race
12:10 Boys JV Race 12:40 Run For Fun for 3rd through 5th graders. Cost $1.00.

COURSE: The course is 3.1 miles with variable terrain. It is 100% grass so spikes are an option. The course will be clearly marked with pointed arrows, flagging, and directional indicators (people who know where to go). Times are comparable to other courses in the area. The course is also spectator friendly and provides for exciting viewing.
RESTROOMS: Available. There will be no shower facilities.
ENTRIES: Up to 7 in each varsity race. Unlimited JV entries. 8th graders must run no more than the JV race. The entries are due by Sat. 9/25. Entries can be sent on line at: run4sr@aol.com or coachjoetf@aol.com .
COST: $15.00 per varsity team. $3.00 per extra person. Make checks to
SRHS Cross Country. (ex. - A school with 20 boys and girls-$15 per varsity team = $30, plus $18 for 6 other runners: Total= $48)
No school will exceed paying over $100.
