Coaches Meeting: 1:45pm
Meet Begins (Field Events & Running Events on a Rolling Schedule): 2:00pm
- All events Girls Followed by Boys
- Check-in for laned events (100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m and both Hurdles) will be at the Event Start Line. Athletes must be at their Event Start Line by 2nd Call to check in. Athletes not at the start line by 3rd Call will be scratched.
- Check in for unlaned events (800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays) Athletes must check in by 1st Call at the Clerk Tent. Athletes must be at their Event Start Line by 2nd Call to check in. Athletes not at the start line by 3rd Call will be scratched.
- After entries are due, we may combine Genders in Relays and/or Distance Races. Will be announced at Coaches Meeting.
Field Events (first round starting at 2PM; second round starting ~15 minutes after 1st round concludes):
- High Jump (Girls, then Boys) - Shot Put (Girls, then Boys) - Long Jump (Boys, then Girls) - Discus (Boys, then Girls) - Triple Jump (Girls, then Boys)
- Horizontals: 4 attempt; no finals, 1-hour open pit
- Throws: 4 attempts, no finals, in Flights
- Verticals: 5-alive; Opening Heights Girls: 4-0; Boys 5-0 (may adjust based on entries-will be announced at coaches meeting)
- We will ask each participating school for help running one field event. Please email your preference to bburzuma@lcps.org
Track Events (rolling schedule starting at 2PM):
- 4 X 800 Relay - 100m Hurdles - 110m Hurdles - 100M - 1600M - 4 X 100 Relay - 400M - 300M Hurdles - 800M - 200M - 3200M - 4 X 400 Relay - Senior Night Recognition Ceremony
