Meet Information

ADMISSION: Spectator tickets will be sold at the gate at a rate of $10 per person, CASH ONLY.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Coaches will enter their athletes by using milestat.com online entry service.
Entry deadline is Wednesday, May 14th by 11:00 pm.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Individual Running Events - 3 entries per school per event
Relay Events - 1 relay per school per event
Field Events - 3entries per school per event
PARKING (Spectators and Buses): Spectators are welcome to park in the spectator parking lots nearest the intersection of Christopher Lane and Canterbury Road. Buses may drop off on the home side of JT Christopher Stadium (near the spectator lots) and then park alongside Christopher Lane.
COACHES MEETING - 9:15 in front of the field house.
MEET SCHEDULE: FIELD events will begin at 10:00 am.
*All other running events will follow a rolling schedule beginning with the 4x800 relays at 11:30*
For field events, athletes must remember to check out with the event clerk before leaving to participate in a running event. Running events take priority over field events and will not be delayed.
FIELD EVENTS: 10:00 Start - Run throughs should be completed prior to 10:00.
Long Jump/Triple Jump - Boys, followed by girls
High Jump - Girls followed by Boys - Starting Heights: Girls 4-0 and Boys 5-0
Shot Put - Girls followed by Boys
Discus - Boys followed by Girls
Pole Vault - Boys and Girls together on the same runway - Starting Heights Girls 5-0 and Boys 7-0.
TIMING: FAT timing will be provided by SnapTiming. Cameras will be set up at the finish line.
BULLPEN: Located by the scoreboard. All athletes must check into the bullpen by final call.
SPIKES: Only pyramid spikes or shorter are permissible and will be checked at the check in table.
RESULTS: There will be a LIVE Results link available on the meet page posted to Milestat.
Final results will also be posted to the meet page in Milestat.
ATHLETIC TRAINERS: Certified athletic trainers will be available for limited services, located at the finish line.
TENTS: Must be erected in the bleacher area only or in the grassy area near the 200 meter start.
DRESSING AREA: There will be no dressing area provided; however, restrooms are located in the field house on the visitors side.
CONCESSIONS: CASH ONLY - Hot items, snacks, gatorade, bottled water and more.
AWARDS: Top 3 athletes/relays in each event will receive certificates. The winning school for each gender will receive a team trophy.
