Meet Information
- THIS MEET IS FOR CARDINAL DISTRICT TEAMS ONLYField events: HJ, LJ, TJ, Shot Put (4 entries each)
- Start time will be 4:00 pm.
- Both horizontal runways will be open. LJ first (boards are at 4'), followed by TJ.
- HJ will be girls first, followed by boys.
- Shot Put official can determine how to proceed based on the number of entries
- We will need coaches to officiate the field events, so please do volunteer.
- Running events - Start time will be 4:00 pm. Blocks for only the last two heats, with no run-outs.
- 4x800m relay- 1 entry
- 100/110mh - 5 entries
- 100m dash - 7 entries
- 1600m run - 7 entries
- 4x100m relay - 1 entry
- 400m dash - 5 entries
- 300mh - 5 entries
- 800m - 7 entries
- 200m - 7 entries
