Athletes may enter in one (1) or two (2) running events, as well as field events (LJ ).
Schedule of Events: (Girls followed by Boys)
Divisions will be run in the following order (note divisions may be combined if numbers are low in certain events)
Pre-K/Kindergarten; Grades 1 & 2; Grades 3-5; Grades 6-8
- 100 Dash ( Pre-K/Kindergarten; Grades 1 & 2)
- 200 Dash (All Age Groups)
- 800m Run (Grades 3-5; Grades 6-8)
- Long Jump will also be contested at the same time as the running events.
Running will start at 1:30 pm. The order will be as follows:
- Mixed Pre-K/Kindergarten 100m Dash
- Mixed 1-2 100m Dash
- Mixed Pre-K/Kindergarten 200m Dash
- Mixed 1-2 200m Dash
(Note: Grades 3-5 & 6-8 may contest the Long Jump/Shot Put while the Pre-K/Kindergarten & 1-2 athletes are running)
- Girls 3-5 200m Dash
- Boys 3-5 200m Dash
- Girls 6-8 200m Dash
- Boys 6-8 200m Dash
- Girls 3-5 800m Run
- Boys 3-5 800m Run
- Girls 6-8 800m Run
- Boys 6-8 800m Run
(Note: Pre-K/Kindergarten & 1-2 may contest the Long Jump/Shot Put while the Grades 3-5 & 6-8 at athletes are running)
