Meet Information
2026 Region 3D Outdoor Track Pre-Tournament Report
We are excited to host the 2026 Region 3D Outdoor Track Championships. This meet will take place on our eight-lane, Beynon 200 surfaced track. The facility has two surfaced D-pits to accommodate all field events. We look forward to creating a competitive atmosphere and a unique experience for the athletes and the spectators that come to watch.
Admission: $10.00
Timing: Snaptiming with live results
Spectators: Spectators can watch the meet from either the home (backstretch) or visitor bleachers (homestretch). There are also viewing areas around the track outside of the fence. No spectators will be allowed inside the fence. Areas will be roped off to watch the Shot and Discus.
Team Camps: Team Tents will be allowed in the bleacher on home side of the stadium and on the grassy areas outside of the fence around the track or outside of the roped areas on the throwing field. No tents in front of the Press Box.
Warm-ups: Athletes will warmup on our turf softball field. No spikes will be allowed on the softball field. This will assist with keeping the football field clean of traffic during the meet. Athletes will be escorted from warmup area to the track when their track event is scheduled to run. Distance kids that need a bit more space can warm up on the Huckleberry trail that now connects to our campus. Spectators will not be allowed at the warmup area. Please remind your athletes that only water is allowed on the infield and track area.
Coaching Boxes: Horizontal jumps and Pole Vault - coaches box will be behind the net on the turf. High Jump- You can be behind the net or against the fence outside of Lane 8. Please stay in these dedicated areas because the area can get crowded. You will be able to see/coach from these spots for each individual field event.
Region Qualifiers: Region 3D is allowed 3 entries per event and 1 Relay entry, plus regional standards. If exceeding the 3 entry limit all entries must have the region standard. All Times submitted must be F.A.T. to convert a hand time, round the tenths up if the hundredths is greater than 0 and then add 0.24 to that rounded time.
