2026 VACA State Meet

Schedule:
- 7:30 - 8:45am Arrive and Pick-up registration packets
- 8:15am Coaches meeting at finish line/course overview
- 9:00am MS Girls 2 mile run
- 9:30am* MS Boys 2 mile run
- 10:00am* Varsity Girls 5K
- 10:45am* Varsity Boys 5K
- 11:30am* Awards (outside near the finish line)
Parking:
There will be parking attendants to direct you. We are working on an option for overflow parking.
Please note: There will be a $5 cash vehicle charge for parking/admission to this event to help offset timer and costs of putting on the meet. Thank you for your understanding.
Concessions and T-shirts
Concessions will be for sale during the meet.
VACA 2026 T-shirts will be available to purchase on site.
Awards: Per VACA
Athlete requirements:
Appropriate attire required for all runners participating. Shirts (uniform tank top or shirt), running shorts/pants, and running shoes (spikes or tennis shoes).
Fees:
There will be a $10/runner VACA fee. Checks should be made out to VACA and brought to the meet or mailed ahead of time to VACA - Attn: Frank Kahrs, 616 Spruce Street, Staunton, VA 24401
