- Bus Parking

PARKING
Bus Parking
- Team buses should park in the designated bus parking area shown on the venue map
Spectator Parking
- $7 per vehicle: Cash strongly preferred: exact change is strongly recommended to help speed entry into the park.
TEAM TENT AREA
- Teams should set up tents in the designated team area shown on the venue map.
RESTROOMS
- Two portable restrooms (porta-johns) will be available near the team area.
- Additional restroom facilities may also be available throughout the park.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Each Dominion District member school is responsible for providing the following volunteers for each meet.
2 Adult Road Crossing Volunteers Assist at the State Park Road crossing safety vests, flags, and cones will be provided. Volunteer names and cell phone numbers must be submitted to race management one week prior to the meet.
Volunteers must arrive, park, and check in at the RunRideRace tent (located at the finish line) no later than 3:30 pm
4 Adult Parking/Course Crossing Volunteers
Responsibilities include:
- Directing vehicles into parking areas.
- Assisting with efficient parking in designated rows.
- monitoring the vehicle crossing approximately 500 meters into the race.
- Helping ensure runner safety while vehicles cross the course.
- Volunteer instructions will be provided prior to the meet.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Arrive early to allow time for parking and team setup.
- Follow directions from parking attendants and race officials.
- Spectators should remain in designated viewing areas and avoid entering the race course.
- Please help keep Pocahontas State Park clean by disposing of all trash properly.
