ACXC is proud to host our Senior Night next week at Sweet Briar College on 10/7. To ensure everything runs smoothly, I have some information for you about your visit to campus after speaking with the facilities manager at Sweet Briar.
RACE TIMES:
Girls: 5:30 pm
Boys: 6:00pm
1) Parking and Drop off Map
-- Teams may be dropped off in the parking lots closest to the race, but they cannot park there. SBC does not want buses in those parking lots nor the grass alongside the gravel road. They need to park in the designated lot on the map.
2) Team Camps Map
-- After teams have been dropped off, they may set up their camp in the designated area next to Building 19. It will be marked off and labeled to help. SBC does not want runners, coaches, or spectators in any academic buildings or on any athletic fields. Anyone caught on fields or in buildings will be asked to leave. It took a lot of effort on my part to secure the space for this race, I'd like to keep it.
--There will be two portable toilets for athletes and spectators at the bottom of the gravel hill between the softball field and the soccer field. No one is permitted to use bathrooms inside any buildings on campus.
