Entries:
Varsity: Please submit top 7 entries and 3 alternates for boys' and girls' teams on milestat by noon the day of the race.
JV B-Racers: The B-race is co-ed and is open to runners of any level affiliated with JRD programs. The B-Race is set as a 2-mile, if you have a group that would like to run a different distance we can accommodate you; let me know.
Scoring: We will operate using a chute and numbered place cards. Please brief any runners not familiar with this process to ensure scoring can be accomplished quickly and accurately. We will hand-time and present times and scores to coaches for verification before finalizing scores. Results will be posted to milestat as soon as possible.
Facilities and Parking:
Teams are encouraged to arrive dressed, however there is a locker room available.
Restrooms will be available.
Parking is available for buses by the softball field adjacent to the scoreboard.
Limited spectator parking for the event is available near the field for the elderly or disabled. All other spectators are encouraged to find parking adjacent to the high school.
SPECTATORS AND BUSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK ON OR ON THE SIDE OF ANY PART OF THE COURSE THE DAY OF THE RACE
Food will be provided.
Spectators are encouraged to bring chairs.
