Weini, though we know she is a 17 year old freshman, has to be included on this list. She was the runner-up in the 4A state championship but also ran the second fastest time of the entire state meet meaning she could have won any other state title. She has only ever lost to Libby Davidson and Mary Cain. Being able to say that is just another reason why she makes this list.
