It is finally October... well it will be this Saturday and that means it is time for some big meets and fast times. Nearly one thousand Virginia athletes will make the trek down to Cary NC to race the blisteringly fast WakeMed 5K course. This course was home to the adidas XC meet in September and will be home to the NXN-Southeast Regional this November.
With this many athletes and nearly ever star in our state competing at this great meet we have decided to breakup our preview by showing the big story lines we are following this weekend. Click over the next pages and see how this weekend is going to be huge!
