8. T.C. Williams' 2016 Deadly Duo 4x4
Though they don't even hold the state record, it is no argument that this relay team with both Noah and Josephus Lyles could take down any in our state's history. Their best time came in cold conditions in April to the tune of a 3:12.17 just off of Branch's 3:11.09 record.
We will never know how fast this team could have gone had they run later in June at nationals when their fitness was better but we do know for a fact that no American team could ever touch this quartet in many tries.
Just know that while in high school, Noah split a 45.6 on second leg and Josephus brought it home in 45.1... yeah, as high schoolers.
