For this year's MileStat.com Track Classic at Sports Backers Stadium in Richmond on April 27th & 28th, we are offering discounted flat entry fees for teams that send in their entry fee checks in advance. Teams must send in their entry fee two weeks in advance of the event and be RECEIVED by Thursday, April 12th. This will make it easier on coaches and book keepers getting checks cut from their school (as well as save money). It will make it easier on meet management not having the vast majority of meet checks to process coming on meet day as well.
$350 Flat Fee - 60 or more individual/relay event entries (Save at least $70)
$300 Flat Fee - 50-59 individual/relay event entries (Save at least $50)
$250 Flat Fee - 40-49 individual/relay event entries (Save at least $30)
$200 Flat Fee - 30-39 individual/relay event entries (Save at least $10)

If your team/school does not send in an entry fee check by April 12th, then your entry fee will vary based on the $7 per individual event and $15 per relay team rate (with a maximum of $400 per school). Your school will not be eliglbe for the flat rate team fee if no check received by April 12th.
This offer only really applies to larger squads entering 30 or more entries. Note that entries does not mean athletes. Entries means an event which an athlete or relay is entered in. Ex: An individual athlete is entered in the 100 hurdles, 100 dash, 200, long jump, triple jump = 5 total entries.
Teams that send in their entry fee check prior to April 12th deadline, but end up entering over their event entries range when entries close, will have to pay the owed difference by the day of the meet. Ex: School originally plans on entering between 30-39 entries, sends in a check of $200, but ends up entering between 40-49 entries. They will owe a second entry fee of $50 by the day of the meet.
