If you asked most coaches they'd say that depth at the 400m distance is one of the best things to have as a team. You get a variety of athletes who can go up or down in distance and potentially a very strong 4x400m relay as well. 

That is why for this stats feature we are analyzing the depth at 300 and 500 meters for the teams who have made the all-time list for 4x400. So to get started, here are the all-time lists for both genders.
