A 4 x 1 mile Relay Race for Middle School Cross Country Teams
- Each School can enter up to 3 boy relay teams and 3 girl relay teams. Boys and girls will run at the same time.
- For all runners not participating in the relay race, there will be an open race of 1 mile.
- There is a $20.00 fee per School, not per team. This means you can have 3 boy relay teams, 3 girl relay teams, and then all of your open runners for a total of $20.00, checks are made payable to NARR.
- Public Schools, Private Schools, and Clubs are welcome.

- Open Races - Unlimited Entries
- Boys Relay - 12 Maximum (3 teams of 4)
- Girls Relay - 12 Maximum (3 teams of 4)
Race Schedule:
- 5:00 Boys and Girls 4 x 1 mile Relay
- 6:00 Open Race - Boys/Girls Combined
