Girls Highlights
An All-State performer in the long jump and 55 meter hurdles this past winter in Group AAA as well as an emerging elite division winner in the long jump last weekend at the New Balance Nationals, C.D. Hylton's Hali Mcfadgen (pictured by John Herzog) did not take a break and jumped right into the outdoor season with a pair of first place finishes at the Battlefield Relays with a 15.31 clocking in the 100 meter hurdles and 17'4.75" leap in the long jump.

Boys Highlights
Fauquier won both the boys and girls' team titles at the Battlefield Relays on Saturday in Haymarket, Virginia. Two of their team's top performers were pole vaulters Grant Holmes (pictured by Andrew Kicinski) and Ryan Enos finishing 1-2 in the event with clearances of 15 feet. The Group AA indoor state runner-up Holmes has gone over a foot higher before, but a solid start to the spring season for one of the state's best pole vaulters.
