Very tragic news as Jason Powers, a 2001 graduate of Manchester High School in Chesterfield County, was killed in a car accident on Saturday. The axle of the vehicle he was traveling in broke and the vehicle behind struck Powers\' vehicle and killed Powers and a second passenger. Funeral services were held on Wednesday.
