Boys Preview: At Panorama Farms on Saturday, Albemarle senior Ryan Thomas will get one of his last opportunities to race on his home course as his team welcomes 35 schools to the grassy rolling hills of Panorama for the Albemarle Invitational. The 2013 Group AAA state indoor 1000 meter champion Thomas is coming off his best race of the season with a personal best 5K clocking of 15:25 at Great American. It was a strong bounce back race for Thomas after a disappointing showing at the Oatlands Invitational two weeks prior. He is the top returnee from last year's Albemarle Invitational when he finished 4th with a time of 16:02.
