Only 21 points separated the first four teams at the 5A South Regional between Deep Run (1st, 73 pts), Hickory (2nd, 87 pts), Manchester (3rd, 92 pts), and Clover Hill (4th, 94 pts), which leads one to believe that all four teams have a strong shot at coming back this week at the state meet to finish on the podium if not pull off a thrilling win.
