Brandee Johnson and the Nansemond River girls did work up at PG this past weekend in the Southern Maryland Classic with Johnson winning the 55 meter hurdles as well as the 300 meter dash in a sub 40 second US top 10 performance, while the Nansemond River girls relay team ran a US #7 time of 1:42.18 (which is fastest flat track time on the national list) to position themselves well for a 4A state title chase this winter.
