Noah Lyles US #2 33.32 US #7 All-Time 300m
With many great performances this week, and we mean a lot, one performance stands out the most and that is Noah Lyles' #7 All-Time 33.32 300m dash victory at the Va Tech Invite. On paper he was the favorite but we couldn't be sure if his speed had improved from last year until this weekend when he finally opened his season with a serious running in the 300. This time also bested LaShawn Merritt's meet record by over .2 seconds! Noah also won the men's high jump and split a 47 as the second leg of the Titans' 4x400m relay.
