CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA -- The following teams have received bids to The State Open to be held next Saturday at Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Virginia. A committee of coaches from all levels of classification gathered today at the Ragged Mountain Running Shop in Charlottesville to make the selections of the "at large" bids. The decision was made to extend the number of "at large" bids to 10 teams instead of the previously agreed upon number of 6. State champions in each classification already had earned automatic bids.
