This year, Virginia is going to win the Girls 4x800 (Western Branch) and the Boys 4x400 against some of the toughest and roughest competition ever assembled.

The girls on the other hand will come in as co-favorites with a couple Jamaican squads who will not be ready for what Western Branch is bringing. We saw Faith Ross and Amanda Thomas both split 2:09 or faster indoors, if they run the race of their life, let's just say this could be fast.
