The Penn Relays are one of the few truly elite track meets in the world. It is the largest annual meet in the world and boasts more records then any meet can touch. With this level of success comes competition, tough competition from all around the world and specifically Jamaica.
Each year for the past 51 years Jamaica has sent its star teams up to Philadelphia to compete against the biggest and the best the US has to offer. That got us thinking, with 28 events each year, who would win all-time the US of A or Jamrock Jamaica?
To solve this we did what anyone else would do, research the best times/marks ever and score it! Below are the scores and all-time performances according to our collection of Penn Relays programs and of course The PennRelays.com. On the next page we have full results from all the events and though only five scored in our scoring, we posted at least eight relays and six individuals for every event.
