Some athletes may think that there season is over if they failed to qualify out of their district or region this week, but not so fast! There is a good probability that you may have ran a qualifying time this season to allow you to compete in the third annual MileStat.com Elite Track Gala on Saturday, June 7th at Sports Backers Stadium in Richmond. Check out the meet qualifying standards and also find instructions on how to enter in the meet.
How To Enter Online:
Individuals (Individual Athlete/Parent entering themselves)
Please note that if you are a coach and attempting to enter an athlete as an individual that you need to follow instructions on how to enter as a team instead of as an individual.
The individual athlete or parent of the individual athlete will need to login with their MileStat.com user id and visit their athlete profile page on the site. On the athlete profile page is a "Claim This Athlete" button. Click on the button to claim yourself either as the athlete or parent of the athlete on the profile. The athlete profile claim approval process requires either the team admin or the site's admin Brandon Miles to approve the claim. To expedite the approval process, notify Brandon Miles of your attempt to claim your profile at milestat@gmail.com
After your profile claim has been approved, you can then visit the online registration link at https://va.milesplit.com/meetreg/meets/29541 and click on "Enter Individual". You will then be able to gain access to make your entry.
Team (Coach Entering Athlete/Entering more than 1 athlete from same school)
If not already a team admin of team page on MileStat.com, coach will need to visit team page at https://va.milesplit.com/teams/ and click on the "Sign Me Up As Team Admin". To expedite the approval process, notify Brandon Miles of your attempt to sign up as team admin at milestat@gmail.com
Once approved as team admin, you can then visit the online registration link at https://va.milesplit.com/meetreg/meets/29541 and click on "Enter Individual". You will then be able to gain access to make your entries.
Entry Fees
$15 per individual regardless of # of events
$150 per team (boys & girls separate)
$300 per school (boys & girls together)
You can pay your entry fee online via paypal in the online entry system or mail a check (made payable to MileStat.com) to:
