7. Nansemond River's 2016 National Meet Record 4x2
They shattered the indoor state record and ran away with the indoor title. Outdoors though things got a whole lot faster. This quartet of Morgan Towe, Dajah Goulet, Syaira Richardson, and Brandee' Johnson laid down the heat at New Balance Nationals last year with a 1:34.23 new meet record.
That equates to an average of 23.56 or VA #5 all-time as their average (obviously with a fly zone). The killer part of this relay though was Brandee' Johnson anchoring the relay in a scary 22.60!
This relay time is US #4 all-time.
