E.C. Glass superstar Emmanuel Waller is not only a state leader but also a national leader as well. As of this last week he is also the only athlete in the country to lead an individual event and a relay as well. He is also one of the two guys to lead the nation in multiple events. Dustin Horter is the only other to achieve that.
With just a few weeks remaining in the season the times are starting to speed up and it looks like we could be in store for a huge time from Waller come the state meet. He already owns personal bests of 37.31 and 51.36 in the long hurdle events but we can expect at least a second faster in each.
He was the 400 leg (~47split) on the US #1 SMR team that won the Dogwood title in early May. That and his 400mH are his two nation leading marks thus far.
