Question 1: What was your greatest moment while competing in high school? 

My greatest moment competing in high school has to be, at the region 5c meet when i was competing for the 1600m region title, long story short i lost the title by .002 of a second. Its still the greatest moment for me because i got a PR of 4:25 in the 1600 and advanced to states.

Question 2: What is your biggest regret (related to T&F in high school) or what would you have done differently and why? 

My biggest regret is not starting early, I started track and field my outdoor sophomore year and really came in and out after that it wasn't till my senior year i broke through.

Question 3: What will you miss the most about HS T&F/XC?

Question 4: What is some advice from incoming frosh and rising seniors on your high school team that you would like to share with them? 

Dont overthink races as long as your working hard at practice the times will come, trust the process!

Question 5: What was the hardest workout you did your entire high school career? Did you like it or did you dread it? 

Hardest workout was in xc were we did 1.5 mile hill repeats the first mile was flat than the last half mile was all hill and we usually would do 3 to 4 of them

Question 6: How did you make track/XC a very individual sport into more of a team sport? 

I always seen xc as a team sport because of the team titles and how the scoring was set up, but track i had to change my mindset instead of doing my favorite events I will step out my comfort zone and do other events so i can help the team out for scoring.

Question 7: Finally, what are your college plans? Will you be competing in college, where? What do you plan on studying? What do you have as career plans?  

As off right now, I will be attending Old Dominion University to study cyber security  and yes I am defiantly open to try too run for them.
