Get Out! : Front Loading
The start is everything. This is a sprint race and surprisingly, not everyone who sprints has a good start. If you have an athlete who can start like Donovan Bailey then you're ready for some championship rings. Getting out front and going 1-2-3-4 with your seeded runners allows you to dictate positioning. It also allows you the chance to handoff nearly unopposed for 2/3 of the exchanges.
The downside here though is that you are really positioning yourself to be walked down if another team has a monster on anchor. This strategy works but it is not perfect if your 4th runner is not up to speed.
