It is no secret that Class 5 has some of the best athletes in the entire state. In fact, it may have the fastest 400m runners in the entire state as well and this weekend we are lucky enough to get a preview of that competition.
In the Highland Springs Invitational we are going to get to see VA #1 @400 Britton Wilson, VA #1 @100 Aaliyah Pyatt, All-State Athlete Pearl Nagbe, Class 6 500m State Champion Aly Conyers, and teammates Gartasia Crawley and Alicia Thorpe who both took home some hardware last year at NBNO.
MileSplit will have two live events this weekend but don't sleep on the Highland Springs Invitational which will also have archived race footage. This one is going to be fast.
