Another big winner from last month and an athlete with one of the best comebacks was Jordyn Strange of Christ Chapel. This junior brought home the VISAA D2 state title in the 400m dash with her 59.72 time.
Her victory was quite exciting for her and her coaches after losing the past two years. This comes after winning the state title as an 8th grader back in 2016.
