After a tough team loss at States last year you can guarantee that Naseh and all his Albemarle teammates are on a mission this year. He enters the season with a 16:04 best in XC and is looking to run well into the 15's.

Harris also has a great advantage with great competition every practice and meet. His cross town rivals, Western Albemarle, are very good this year so he will be pushing with everything he has to lead his team ahead of them.
