NBNO Pushed Back To July, Here's Everything You Need To Know

New Balance Outdoor Nationals has been pushed back to July 16-19 and will still be held at North Carolina A&T. They will accept marks from the 2020 indoor season and 2019 outdoor season to meet qualifying standards.

Virginia will also have one meet prior to that, the Summertime Showcase on July 10th at UVA. Performances achieved at the Summertime Showcase will be allowed for NBNO entries and if they are improvements on previous personal bests they can be used as an updated seed mark even if you already have entered the NBNO meet.

For both meets it is very important to understand that these meets are club sanctioned. Athletes and teams can compete in them but must not represent their school. Athletes cannot wear their school uniforms at either event as well. Though this is always the case, it is extremely important this year to make this clarification since there is no VHSL sanctioned season or post-season.

Both meets will also not be accepting any payments, but are accepting entries, until they can guarantee the events will take place.
