State Champion, Peyton Lewis might not be on the track this upcoming year. Per his coaching staff, the sprint standout is on pace to graduate this December and enroll at the University of Tennessee starting in January. On top of being a track star Lewis is a 4-star football recruit and the #10 ranked running back in the class of 2024.
Lewis is the two-time defending Class 4 55m dash and 100m dash state champion. He is also the defending state champion in the 200m dash and was the national runner-up in the 60 indoors at Nike Nationals.
Lewis ran 6.28 for the 55m dash last year and 10.50 in the 100m dash.
