CHARLOTTE, NC -- Pre-season AA #1 ranked individual Pat Eggleston of Brentsville will be making his senior season debut after missing the first few meets due to injury at the Wendy\'s Invitationl in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Brentsville boys and girls will try their luck at the fast McAlpine Park 5K course in traditionally one of the better meets in the South. Currently, the Brentsville boys and girls have aspirations for strong finishes in this November\'s Group AA State race.

The Brentsville boys, currrently ranked #2 in AA behind Potomac Falls, could reclaim their top ranking with a strong performance in Charlotte with the return of Eggleston. Meanwhile, the Brentsville girls are led by one of AA\'s best in Becky Stewart (#3 AA), who could very well drop an early season sub 19 clocking on the flat McAlpine course. The Brentsville girls are currently sitting #3 in the AA rankings.
