One of the most exciting meets of the year is the VA Showcase held annually on MLK Jr. weekend at the Virginia Beach Sports Center. This year the same venue will play host to the NCAA D-I National Championships.
In eight years, the VA Showcase has seen three U20 world records, 16 National Records, and over 250 US #1 performances. That means the meet is averaging a national record and 15 US #1's per day over eight years!
