Here are the most improved Virginia Boys in the 100m dash. It is noteworthy that we are just 1.5 weeks into the outdoor season and already there are hundreds of boys who have already dipped below their best time from last year. Two boys have actually dropped over a second. Those two are Nathan Danberg of Freedom (South Riding) and Trey Ward of Rural Retreat.

Our State leader Josh Johnson is also on this list having improved 0.35 seconds season over season.
