For the third week of the season W&L runners sweep the ODAC Athlete of the Week honors. Freshmen Linsday Erickson and Junior Nathan Johnson were honored for their efforts at this weeks State Meet. This is the second weekly honor for Nathan Johnson and the third honor for Lindsay Erickson.
Erickson led the Generals to a first place team finish at the Virginia State Meet by placing second overall out of 69 runners. She completed the 6k course in a time of 24:50, just three seconds behind the individual champion.
Johnson led the Generals to a first place team finish at the Virginia State Meet by placing first overall out of 57 runners. He completed the course in a time of 27:32, nearly 48 seconds faster than the second place finisher.
