Top 50 individual girls returnees for the upcoming 2010 cross country season based on 5K PR's from the 2009 season. Deep Run's Erica Dobbs is the the only returnee with a personal best under 18 minutes from last fall with her 17:59 Foot Locker All-South performance. Throwing out times from last fall and taking into account their overall performances during the past year, Lake Braddock rising sophomore Sophie Chase (pictured left by Ted Plunkett) and Hidden Valley rising senior Annie LeHardy appear to be two of the state's very best returning. Chase led Lake Braddock to the Group AAA state crown last November and won the Group AAA indoor 3200 meter state title, while LeHardy led Hidden Valley to a Nike Cross Nationals berth and ran PR's of 4:57 1600 and 2:15 800 in the spring.
