MileStat.com visited arguably the Eastern Region's consistently top cross country program over the past decade in Ocean Lakes on Friday morning at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach. With the flat terrain of the sea level area, Mount Trashmore is one of the few places for teams like Ocean Lakes to get hill work in and prepare for racing more challenging cross country courses later this season. Their workout on Friday included repeats on a 1 mile loop which hit several hills and drills as well on a hill incline. More to come from the practice including photos.
