Attached you will find the program for this weekend\'s MRW Norhern Virginia Invitational. All field events plus Friday running events and the 1600 meters have been seeded at this point.
The fastest section for both the boys and girls 1600 will run in the afternoon, all other sections will run in the morning.
For the 400, the first 18 athletes listed in both the boys and the girls will be in the afternoon sections, all others will be in the morning.
We ask that any final scratches be completed no later than 8:30 on Saturday morning. As you can see, there are a large number of athletes, so we appreciate any scratches you know of as soon as possible.
On Saturday, we will have some issues with parking, so we are asking that all of the buses park in the gravel lot at the front of the school. Please make your bus drivers aware of this so we can keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible
