According to Florida head coach Mike Holloway, two-time NCAA Champion and seven-time All-American Rickey Harris will not be enrolled in Florida for the fall and will no longer compete for the Gators.

Although Holloway could not comment or provide any information on where Harris will be going, the 400 hurdle specialist will no longer wear the Florida track singlet.

Harris claimed the 2002 NCAA Outdoor title in the 400 meter hurdles with a personal best time of 48.16. The 2001 NCAA Indoor Champion in the 400 meters also holds a personal best of 44.84 in the open race.

The soon-to-be senior will have one year of eligibility remaining and only time will tell where he will next compete at the collegiate level. Harris placed second in the 400 meter hurdles at the 2003 NCAA Outdoor Championships and competed at the USA Outdoor Championships although he did not advance to the final round.
