Admission: $5.00

Teams: 1st 20 Boys Teams and 20 Girls Teams will be entered (Teams are entered upon receipt of entry check)
All other teams/additions will be discussed by meet management

Sanctioning: This meet is sanctioned by VHSL and National Federation Rules

Entry Fee: $180 per school (Boys and Girls)
$100 for one team
Individuals: $5 per event or $20 per relay

Entries: one relay per event per school and two individual entries per school will be allowed per event. VHSL rules regarding event limitations will apply. Entries closes 4/10/12 @ 11:59 PM.

Seeding: All running events for will be run as TIMED FINALS fast to slow. Finals in FIELD EVENTS will be for the TOP EIGHT. Please be as accurate as possible with your entry marks. Field event seed will be from least to greatest.

Long/Triple Jump: Each jumper will have three (3) jumps in the preliminaries. Top eight (8) athletes all advance to the finals with three additional jumps. ALL ATHLETES FIRST LEGAL JUMP WILL BE MEASURED.ATHLETES NOT MEETING THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM MARKS WILL NOT BE MEASURED.

High Jump:
The five-alive format will be followed. Please consult the VHSL officials handbook for more information. Starting heights will be: Girls 44 Boys 54

Throws:
Each thrower will have three (3) throws in the preliminaries. Top eight (8) athletes will advance to the finals. Implement weigh-in will begin at 8:15 AM. All ATHLETES FIRST LEGAL THROW WILL BE MEASURED.ATHLETES NOT MEETING THE FOLLOWING MINIMUN MARKS WILL NOT BE MEASURED.

Pole-Vault:
There will be pole vault inspection at 8:15. Any poles found to be illegal or not the correct weight will be impounded. NO EXCEPTIONS! ABSOLUTELY NO TAPPING DURING PRATICE! VAULTERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED. Please consult the VHSL rule book for further details.

Spikes:
Spikes longer than inch will NOT be allowed on the track. Immediate disqualification will result if longer spikes are used. Coaches please help with this.

Scoring: Scoring will be 10 8 6 4 2 1
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the first, second, third place overall teams in Boys/Girls Divisions
Medals will be given to the top 3 individuals per event and to the top 3 relay teams

Concession Stand:
There will be a full concession stand for all students, athletes, parents, coaches and spectators.
